It seems as though, the signatures are unviewable except by editing...In other words, you can only see your own. Is this supposed to be this way, or is it problematic?

Thankyou for bringing this to my attention. I played around with it for a while, it seemed to be an option I didn't click when i was setting up the site.
I believe I have fixed this, so if i have could you reply back to me here just for comfirmation.

On your Sig, i recommend trying to delete the extra lines underneath. If at all possible
